Burly Prickly Pear Weisse

A tart and refreshing Berliner with added Prickly Pear. Fuchsia and opaque thanks to tons of ripe Prickly Pear. A nose of tartness and, you guessed it, Prickly Pear. Flavor is tart but not aggressively so and laced top to bottom with Prickly Pear flavor. Finishes dry with lingering tartness.
