Fiction Dirigible Plum

The malt character is less sharp yet rich with complexity. A balanced bitterness leaning slightly to the sweeter side, complements that flavors of pilsner and wheat malt. To that base we then added .5 lb per gallon of purple Italian plums, adding depth to this already decedent beer.
