The beer gets its beautiful color from Root Shoot Malting‘s pilsner malt. A complex aroma layered with rich, fruity, esters and a touch of earth and spice are derived from the Abbey yeast used in fermentation. Notes of banana and pear dominate with an underlying touch of black pepper.
