Blueberry Provincial spawned from the massive adoration of Raspberry Provincial and is another session-able Belgian-style sour ale brewed utilizing a unique 24-hour warm souring technique using lactobacillus in the wort. The addition of massive amounts of blueberry puree translates into an amazingly tart and juicy beer we are berry thankful for. Notes of lemon and tart blueberries.
