Even the first breath leaves no doubt about the nature of this winter beer. With aromas of cinnamon and very sweet candied fruits, the nose brings richness and delicacy with it. The honey appears in the mouth and creates a soft, liqueur-like feel that goes well with the candied fruit. The second mouth is surprising, with notes of green pepper and a clear bitterness.
