Smog City Brewing - Double Barrel Buzzworthy

Buzzworthy is a bourbon barrel-aged honey stout brewed with over 500 pounds of honey. This collaboration began with a phone call to a man in a duck blind leading to the discovery of “zombees” and barreling down on an idea; proving what a brewer and a meadmaker can create when putting their minds together. This special variant of Buzzworthy was aged an extra year in a fresh bourbon barrel. The process of “double barreling” has intensified the round bourbon candy flavors in this award winning beer.
