Beer description
The beer is hopped lightly with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, a noble hop grown in Germany to give the beer balance and a touch of floral aroma. Mesquite honey was added just before fermentation with one of their favorite bottom fermenting yeast strains at frigid temperatures. The end result is a deep mahogany colored lager that is rich and malty with moderate notes of smoke and honey with background floral notes and a medium body.
