Sparkling and refreshing - a special treat The white. Sparkling, refreshing and yeasty with notes of pineapple, banana and gooseberry. Alk 5.0%, original gravity 12.8% and matured for at least 2 weeks. Regional ingredients and genuine craftsmanship are the basis for this special treat. Brewed purely according to the Bavarian purity law and matured for two weeks our Weisse is an excellent accompaniment to roasts or simply an enjoyable end to the day.
