Beer description

The beer is brewed on the occasion of the Strasidelny zàmok event. The theme of this year's edition is 1888. In that year cholera came to Bojnice and burnt down a significant part of the town. These events are symbolised by the red colour of the beer and the marked bitterness. The aroma is dominated by floral notes, which soften the beer and thus represent the good things that happened in 1888. Count Pàlffy rebuilt the beer into its present romantic form.
