Beer description

Oeste, the Spanish word for west, is named for the west side of Tucson, where our brewery is located. Oeste is a gose (Go figure! It is our favorite style to make) soured to produce notes of freshly squeezed lemon and subtle hints of grapefruit. Oeste was fermented using a sake and wild yeast blend to dry the beer out and also highlight a touch of funky fruitiness. Lastly, we dry-hopped this seasonal gose with a great big helping of Tajin to give it that tangy spice, indicative of Tucson.
