This Is a SINGLE HOP, dry-hopped German ale, aka Kölsch. The hop we used is a new varietal, # 1940. There is a lot going on throughout the flavor profile, but never too busy to be quaffed. And quaff it you shall, at 4.8% abv you won't fall off the bar stool
