Beer description
A top-fermented amber ale with a malty aroma, warm caramel tones and a slight smokiness, excellent both to quench the thirst and as a tasting beer.
Type: Belgian amber ale, a style similar to the traditional ales of England, but decidedly less hopped.
Colour: Amber red
Aroma: Toasty and enveloping with smoky notes.
Taste: Medium-bodied and very harmonious, its foam is creamy, fine and compact, and in the mouth it expresses an excellent complexity of fruity and spicy aromas, with an interesting caramel sensation that finishes with light notes of hops.
Food pairing: fairly structured first courses. Main courses of red, baked and grilled meats, blue or fresh cheeses or provola, speck and Prague ham. Dried fruits.
