Beer description
An extremely long time ago, we were able to come across some very rare barrels. We immediately knew they were destined to become a sought-after beer for our 25th anniversary. We used our thoroughbred base beer for our anniversary stout, knowing that the lower mash temperatures and body would blend perfectly into the wheated bourbon from these 15-year old Pappy Van Winkle barrels. Aged for FIFTY-TWO MONTHS (!!!), this beer showcases the balance of wonderful bourbon and delicate stout flavors.
