Central Waters Brewing - 25th Anniversary Series: Triple Elijah Craig Barrel Bronze Label

The 13th and final bottle of our 25th Anniversary series. Paul and Anello have been chasing this dream since their early 20's, and there’s never a day we slow down in the pursuit. This release is the culmination of our passion, knowledge, and love of beer and barrel aging. This label spent four years in three different Elijah Craig barrels. The power house base beer of our anniversary program gives a slight caramel sweetness with hints of vanilla and chocolate that lends well to the intense bourbon and oak characteristics. Clocking in at 19.66% ABV, this is the strongest, most intense beer we have ever released and the perfect way to say thank you to all of you for making the first 25 years of this incredible journey truly amazing.
