2nd Shift Barrel-Aged Casual Experimentation #2

Pours a deep, dark brown with amber highlights near the edge and a small tan head that settles into a ring and small island of film. Notes of lactose, vanilla, oak, bourbon, milk chocolate, mild roast, caramel, and some dark fruits on the nose. Medium-full bodied, with modest carbonation and a smooth, sweet mouthfeel.
