2nd Shift Brewing - Barrel Aged You Gotta Be Kitten Me

Barrel aged blonde stout with Blueprint coffee. It pours light tan with a white head. It has a medium full body with mild carbonation. The taste has caramel, coffee, cream and light spice. We brewed the beer to deliver the aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel of a stout, but you gotta be kitten me, it's blonde! We then aged it in freshly empties bourbon barrels for six months.
