2nd Shift Brewing - Back In My Day IPA

A resinous, dank IPA in the West Coast tradition. A long time ago, in a land before Galaxy hops, lived the West Coast IPA. While youngsters enjoyed their Sunny D and Capri Sun, heroes such as Green Flash, Bear Republic, Sierra Nevada, and Russian River were aggressively hopping their brews and melding the lovely bitterness harmoniously with a rich malt base. This throwback collaboration brew with Chris Quinn of the Beer Temple out of Chicago is an homage to the style that got many of us into beer.
