Beer description
A wild beer using yeast from 2nd Shift and Speciation. Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head that quickly fizzles into a half ring and a few spots of film. Notes of white grapes, acidity, oak, bready malts, stone fruits, florals, citrus, and grass. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a crisp, sharp, acidic, dry mouthfeel.
