bottling date: 01/03/2022 For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from five different barrels and eight different brews. More than 85% of the blend consists of oude lambik-ken, of which the oldest lambik was brewed mid-November 2018. The weighted average age of the blend hit 24 months upon bottling. Almost 40% of the blend consists of 3 Fonteinen brewed lambikken. Of those, almost 90% were brewed with Pajottenland grown cereals, from our own Cereal Collective. Oh, and we added a barrel of Oloroso lambik as well.
