Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen - Pruim Belle de Louvain Blend No. 10

A fruit lambic made with hand-picked Belgian plums. Wonderfully balanced and at the same time very intense. Pruim Belle De Louvain was brewed with 380 grams of fruit per liter of beer. A strong aroma of stone fruits (especially plums, of course) is complemented by funky yeasts and mild acidity. The beer is also slightly bitter. All in all a great example of the brewing art of the 3 Fonteins from Belgium!
