A refreshing ale with a strong character; its fruity taste comes from barley grown in the Nord department of France and its highly aromatic yeast, its bitterness from a specific variety of hops. Color: Golden color Nose: Malty, yeasty aroma with a hint of alcohol Taste: A balanced, pleasantly hoppy beer, rich in fragrance, with a slight bitterness to the finish Foam: Thick, lasting Tasting: At cool cellar temperature, between 8 and 10° C in its "tulip" glass Packaging: Available in 75cl / 33cl bottles / 33cl 6-packs & 20L kegs. Goes very well with the typical dishes of Flanders: Carbonnade (beef stew), beer cooked chicken, potjevleesch, waterzoi, or with charcuterie or cheese.
