Wild Ride Brewing - 3-Peat Pilsner

To celebrate Wild Ride's 3-year anniversary, the brew team developed a Pilsner recipe for this special occasion. 3-Peat Pilsner has three types of malted barley and three varieties of hops to symbolize our first three years in the craft beer industry. Showcasing Northwest Premium two-row malted barley and Central Oregon's own Mecca Grade malted barley, the malt in this Pilsner will deliver pleasant tones of sweetness as well as bread-like notes. Saaz hops from Europe were used to add a spicy character, Wakatu hops from New Zealand were used to give floral aromas, and Zeus hops from the Pacific Northwest were added for the perfect amount of bitterness for this style of beer.
