Beer description
An Australian farmhouse ale brewed with local malt, grain, sugar and hops in collaboration with The Commons (Portland, Oregon) during Good Beer Week in May of 2017. Fermented with a Belgian farmhouse yeast and aged in old wine barrels with our house mixed culture for 12 months. The beer was then refermented on Grampians-grown Pinot Gris skins for 6 weeks before final refermentation in bottle.
