An annual blend celebrating the evolution and expression of 3 Ravens mixed culture. The 2019 vintage marries three batches for nuanced acid, funk and fruit complexity and great ageing potential. Bottled with an extremely low level of carbonation in July 2019, this beer can be drunk still while young, or cellared carefully as carbonation develops over the nexts few years.
