Beer description
A blend of two beers conceived at Carwyn Cellars 2018 “Art of the Blend” event. The first beer, a mixed-culture golden sour ale brewed in July 2016, was barrel aged for 8 months, re-fermented on fresh pressed whole-bunch Riesling skins, then returned to barrel for a further 17 months. This was blended with a 15 month old aromatic wild ale and refermented in bottle. Bottled August 2018 at an average age of 22 months.
