Elliott Bay - 4 Roses Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter

We aged our Imperial Porter for a little over a year in 4 Roses Bourbon barrels. Its always interesting to see how whiskey barrels from different brands impart different flavors. These 4 Roses barrels imparted a stone fruit and honey note along with vanilla, caramel and chocolate.
