Cocktail at first sip. Serve neat, over ice, or as the topping for a snow-cone! Fermented with probiotics and wine yeast, this mixed fermentation sour was aged in Rum barrels for 12 months with heaps and heaps of pineapple! Bottle conditioned. Brewed 2017
