Sovina - 500 Double IPA

Sovina 500 is an innovation project that aims to test new recipes, 500 litres at a time. This is a modern Double IPA, not very bitter, but cloudy and very aromatic. Fermented with Kveik yeasts, it brings pungent notes of tropical fruit, with volume and a velvety texture, almost like a juice.
