Boiler Brewing - 6th Anniversary Reserve

Nearly 20 months in the making, we reserved this Double Barrel-Aged English Style Barleywine to help commemorate and celebrate our 6th trip around the sun!! Aged 6 months in a freshly emptied 9-Year-Old Elijah Craig Bourbon Barrel then transferred directly into an 18-Year-Old Kentucky Bourbon Barrel that most recently held BLiS 100% Pure Maple Syrup where it rested for over a year. Expect complex waves of bourbon and oak accompanied by notes of maple syrup, caramel, toffee, and candied dates.
