Sawdust City Brewing Co. - 7 Weeks of Staying Up All Night 2019

This light summer saison is based off a simple, approachable mash bill of pilsner and flaked wheat. Using our house saison yeast strain, we dried this beer out to make it super drinkable and easy to enjoy on a summer’s day. We added a hit of fresh lemon zest and the spicy zing of crushed pink peppercorns, making this beer the perfect companion to lazy evenings on your deck spent watching the sun go down.
