We brewed this beer in 2019, then aged it for 12 months in Willet bourbon barrels before aging an additional 16 months in Sazerac Rye barrels. Our 8th Anniversary Ale has a bold flavor that reflects both the barrels in which it aged, as well as its English Barleywine roots with a nice complement of toffee, caramel and light plum.
