902 Brewing - Leave The Gun, Take the Cannoli

We piled up a heavy malt bed of black, chocolate, honey, roasted barley and pilsener malt, then topped it off with malt and rolled oats. A little lactose in the brew and lots of cannoli shells in the mash and in the brew... and you have a delicious stout with biscuits.
