The Urubu is À la Fût’s brand new IPA, freely inspired by New England’s India Pale Ale. An impressive quantity of highly aromatic hops was used for the recipe as well as for the as well as for the two dry hops . This technique gives it intense aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, typical of hops from the New World and the American West.
