Marzipan is one of our 2023 winter beers named after the classic Christmas ballet "The Nutcracker."
Marzipan is a sour made with delicious sour cherries from Frederiksdal. It is a beautiful and deep red beer with strong cherry vibes and soft notes of cherry kernels, almonds and vanilla.
