Åben - Polichinelles

This beer was brewed with Frederiksdal cherries sourced from Kirsebærvin - a well-known producer of cherry wine. The beer has a great, dark red color and beautifully showcases the cherries. On the palate, the beer shows a nice balance between cherries and acidity, with hints of fortified wine and spices, and delicate tannins that provide length on the finish.
