Beer description
Sugar Plum Fairy was one of our 2022 winter
beers named after the classic Christmas
ballet The Nutcracker. This year we brewed
yet another batch for the 2023 winter beer
collection. It is a toasty and biscuity brown ale with notes of stewed plums and sticky raisins.
