Abernyte Listening Post

Atypically, this is a softly bittered lager. The water they use comes from our own spring which is naturally low in dissolved salts; ideal for this style. The beer was introduced to demonstrate how good a lager can be if done properly and not hurried through maturation. The malt is from Bamberg and the hops from Bavaria.
