Beer description

IPAs were developed in the 18th century to supply the British colonies in India. In order to preserve the beverage as much as possible from the crossing, these beers deliberately contained more alcohol and more hops. This long forgotten style of beer is now coming back into fashion thanks to microbreweries. Our IPA hides under a blond copper colour a bitterness and very pronounced aromas which can be explained by the particular work of its hops. So, let yourself be bewitched by its flavours of grapefruit, lychee and mandarin.
