Beer description
Cultivating its difference from the Algae which composes it, the Ouessane, a lager, will seduce the consumers by its unique flavours and will delight by its particularity, the lovers of escape.
Its foam is white, airy, moderately abundant and slightly persistent. Its colour is a golden yellow, slightly cloudy. First of all, on the nose, one notices quite pronounced malt aromas (characteristic of Pilsen malt). They are accompanied by fairly present iodine notes and light aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit. Then, to the taste, it is a beer with a very light bitterness, astringent at the end of the mouth with a surprising but pleasant hint of iodine. Finally, this beer is light and refreshing.
