BiberBräu - once brewed in the Biber brewery on the Weberberg in Biberach and named after the town's heraldic animal.
It disappeared for two decades - now the traditional beer is back.
Based on historical family recipes from the Handtmann zum Biber brewery, reinterpreted and brewed by hand at the Adlerbrauerei Moosbeuren brewery - supported by the Vereinigte Bier Republik® (United Beer Republic®)
