Adroit Theory - Baba Yaga (Ghost BABA YAGA)

This could be the favorite stock beer that the brewery has produced this year. It is a really nice representation of the style, and something that appeals to (almost) all beer drinkers. The appearance is extremely dark brown to black with a subtle garnet shimmer. Complex maltiness dominates with a rich sweetness of caramel and toast with a balanced spicy hop bitterness. Balanced but with a slightly hop-forward taste. The body is medium-full with a moderately creamy texture. Soft with a dry and balanced finish.
