Adroit Theory - Two Hundred (Ghost 1073)

We first conditioned a classic Russian Imperial stout on piles of toasted coconut and cacao nibs before layering it on peanuts, pretzels and decadent white chocolate. Rich malt notes of roasted coffee and toffee form a lingering undercurrent with bright notes of peanut and white chocolate blending with slightly more nuanced flavors of coconut, cocoa and pretzels.
