Beer description

Special 13 ° bitter lager. Malts used: Pilsner, Bavarian and caramel. The maturation period is at least 7 weeks. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. A high dose of Saaz hops gives this beer a bitterness that is balanced by a full malt body. The hop varieties Sládek and Žatec semi-early red hops were used for hopping. The Examinator beer uses about twice the amount of hops than our Pilot 11 ° pale lager. Examiner is characterized by higher fullness with lingering bitterness
