Beer description
The Mistral is our India Pale Ale. She remains faithful to this style revisited by the American microbreweries. Depending on the different versions of this IPA, varying the hops or the yeast, you will find more or less resinous notes as well as very fruity aromas.
Ingredients: water, malts (Pilsner, Wheat Flakes, Biscuit), hops (Magnum, Ekuanot, Mosaic), New England yeast.
