Beer description
Once a year, when the hop harvest is in full swing, we get the (h)opportunity to use hop cones at their peak of freshness. What this gives us is a depth and layering to hop flavor and aroma for us to build a complex ipa off of. Using seven different hop varieties with three of them as whole cones, we created this tropical gem with flavors of peach, papaya and coconut with aromas of citrus and lemongrass.
