Named after the son of our head brewer, this California Pale Ale sums up everything that one could want in a pint. Made using an organic “Sacramento grown” Pale Malt from the University of California agriculture program and Azacca & Simcoe hops. This ale boasts a clean & crisp malt bill and tropical fruit notes of mango, papaya & citrus.
