Ale Works Night Beam

Our Jubilee Juicy Triple IPA. This alcohol-rich brew is a huge, juicy dish with candied apricots. Hops are present but subdued, as the focus is on fruits with an extremely dry finish. The scaly rye gives this beer a slightly darker tone. We used a mixture of our hazy and Norwegian yeasts.
