Beer description
A thick, caramel and full-bodied beer with a strong character, historically brewed in Pomerania. It is an exceptionally aromatic and bittersweet drink with an extremely pleasant taste and smell reminiscent of dried figs, dates and raisins. Unlike regular beer, Jope beer is not saturated with carbon dioxide. Additionally, a characteristic feature of this drink is production based on the so-called spontaneous fermentation, i.e. using yeast found in the air.
