Named for the final resting place of the heroic and the virtuous, Elysian Fields is our tribute to the timeless nature of the classic wheat beer. We wanted to capture a sense of pastoral peace - a beer that feels like a sunny afternoon in a golden field. By leaning into traditional brewing methods, we’ve crafted a beer that transcends trends for pure, simple bliss.
