Pinot Grigio Barrel Aged Brett Saison.
Rubus Grigio is a brett saison aged in pinot grigio barrels for 6 months refermented on Nova Scotia blackberries and raspberries. Displaying first the flabours of the berries followed by earth tones from the brett and spiciness from the oak. Finishes tart and dry with wine-like tannins and sharpness.
